Sony Ericsson W8


Do you like the Walkman series of phones from Sony Ericsson? Here's a better idea. The Swedo-Japanese manufacturer have thought of merging the power of Android platform with the Walkman capabilities to come up with an all new product Sony Ericsson W8 with more or less similar looks to their Xperia X8 smart phone and is expected to be launched soon in the mobile market. The only difference between the two Sony Ericsson products is that X8 is related to Xperia series while W8 will be coming up as an advantageous aspect to the Walkman series.

Sony Ericsson W8 is expected to provide a more colorful aspect with Azure, Orange and Red colors on board. Working on Android 2.1 platform with powerful 600 MHz processor, most of the technical specifications of the gadget is also similar to that of Xperia X8. Besides, the TimeScape interface will also be present with the advanced Walkman series gadget along with the inclusion of 3.2 mega pixel snapper for mediocre quality images and videos.

Apart from numerous Android apps in the Android Market, Sony Ericsson W8 will also come up with advanced Walkman music player with embedded TrackID and PlayNow technologies. Apart from its 3G compatible usage, the advanced product will also support up to 23hours and 40mins of music listening time. Besides you will also notice Facebook and Twitter integration with the advanced Sony Ericsson Walkman product.
